Ellen Tomlinson - formerly Hickson (nee Gabbitass) was born in 1865, Worksop, Nottinghamshire.
Marriage
Ellen had two marriages, her first marriage to James Hickson in 1883, he died in 1891. They had two children, Emma and John. Her second marriage was to Walter Tomlinson in 1893 in Worksop Nottingshire. She had three children with her second marriage, Dorothy, Wilfred and Walter Hickson.
Emmigration
Ellen emigrated to Western Australia on board the ship "Pakeha" leaving England on 13 April 1911, with her husband Walter and children John Hickson Tomlinson, Dorothy, Wilfred and Walter.
