Early Life
According to our research the date of Arthur's birth was 1877, and his birth was registered at Canning. His father was Edwin Cockram and his mother was Betsy Cockram (nee Buckingham).
Electoral Rolls
According to the electoral roll in 1910 until 1917 Arthur was living on Albany Road Cannington/Queens Park. His occupation was a Storekeeper.
Community Involvement
Arthur was president of the Kelmscott Agricultural Society in 1898.
Death
Arthur died at the age of 41 year of age on 13 April 1919.
