War Service
A member of the Citizens Military Forces, Sidney joined the Melville camp on 24 Apr 1941 and joined Camp No 4 on 23 May 1941, completing his training on 20 Aug 1941. He was called up for full time duty on 24 Nov 1941 at Fremantle
. Served in New Britain from 11 Mar 1945 until 13 Dec 1945.
