Pre War
War Service
On the day of enlistment Pat was sent to the 6th Training Company (AWS). On 21 Nov 1944 she emerged and was posted to the Fortress Workshop Fremantle. On 26 Dec 1944 she was graded as a Group 2 Driver, and on 1 Mar 1945 she was transferred to Western Australia Line of Communication Area Workshop, before being detached on 10 Jul 1945 to the Fortress Workshops.
On 16 Oct 1945 she was admitted to the 110th Australian Base Hospital at Hollywood with Bronchitis, and after treatment she was released to 31 AWAS Barrack on 9 Nov 1945. Pat had served for 629 days before she was discharged on 20 May 1946.
Post War
During 1946 Pat married Kenneth William Nicholls.
