Emma Eliza Buckingham (nee Barnard) was born 23 September 1888 in Ipswich, Suffolk.
Marriage
Emma married Frederick Buckingham in 1914 . Emma and Frederick had four children: Maxwell John Buckingham (born 1915-1979); Frederick Brian (born 1916-1994); Keith James Buckingham (born 1920-2002); Margaret Hannah (born 1927-2012).
Electoral Rolls
According to the electoral roll in 1917 and 1931 Emma lived at River Road, Kelmscott; in 1963 Emma lived at 130 Peninsula Road, Maylands. Emma's occupation was listed as Home Duties.
Death
