Brief History
Formed in Australia during 1916 as the 3rd Auxiliary Mechanical Transport Company. They departed Melbourne on 22 Dec 1916 aboard HMAT A34 Persic.
Renamed 5th Division Ammunition Sub Park August 1917. Disbanded March 1918 on the Western Front.
Three men from this unit died, one as a result of enemy action.
