Frances was born in Driffield, Yorkshire, England on 9 November 1866. Her parents were William and Margaret Lamplough.

==Marriage==
Frances married [[Francis Ullyott]] in 1888 in Driffield, Yorkshire, England. They had 5 daughters and 2 sons.

==Electoral Rolls==
According to the electoral rolls in 1916 Frances lived in Kelmscott. In 1925 and 1943 Frances lived at "Glenbrook", Clifton Street, Kelmscott. Her occupation was Home Duties.

==Death==
Frances died at the age of 70 years on 7 April 1936.

==Immigration==
Frances and Francis came to Australia from England on 24 April 1914 on the ship "Otranto" to Fremantle. They returned to England in 1922, then came back to Western Australia in 1924 on the ship "Largs Bay".

==Other Notes==
In 1966 Ullyott Street in Kelmscott was named after the family.
