Frank Ray Green was born on 20 August 1940. His parents were Frank Green and Valma Doreen Green (nee Ray).

==Marriage==
In 1964, Frank married Eileen Beattie Green (nee Dunn), with the marriage registered in Canning. Frank and Eileen had two children; Sheree and David.

==Electoral Rolls==
According to the electoral roll in 1968 Frank lived at Little John Road, Armadale. In 1972 Frank lived at 104 Hicks Street, Gosnells. In 1977 and 1980 Frank is registered as living at 16 Westbourne Road, Roleystone. Frank's occupation was a Manager, Truck Driver.

==Community Involvement==
Frank served as a Councillor for the City of Armadale from 1996 - 2005.

==Death==
Frank died at the age of 68 years of age on 13 June 2008.
