Remarks

Built for Great Western Railway to service the Rosslare to Fishguard route until 1913. Then sold to Canadian Pacific, before it was requisitioned in 1917 to become a British Hospital Ship until 1919. Actual dates of service as a hospital ship were 7 May 1915 to 4 Dec 1917. Staffed by 4 Medical Officers, 4 Nurses and 30 others. Could accommodate 17 Officers, 115 in Cots, and 146 berths. It was then purchased by the Great Eastern Railway for the Harwich and Hook of Holland route before it was scrapped in 1929.
