Sold in 1938 to Italian company Fratelli Rizzuto of Genoa and renamed ''Fortunestella''.  Sold again in 1941 to Flota Mercante del Estado of Buenos Aires and renamed ''Rio Tercero,'' she was sunk on 22 Jun 1942 by ''U-Boat U''202 on a voyage from New York to Buenos Aires.
