Herbert William Drummond was born in Moora Western Australia on 21 June 1880. Herbert father was James Drummond and his mother was Ellen Amelia Ougden
==Marriage==
Herbert married [[Evangeline Drummond]](nee Crampton) on 2 November 1904 at Brunswick Western Australia. Herbert and Evangeline had two children James Alexander Herbert Drummond and Mary Drummond.
