Remarks

Almost destroyed in a fire in the US Hobken Docks soon after her launch, she was refloated, refitted and again entered service in 1901.

Worked the Bremen to US routes until 1914 and in 1919 was awarded to the British as part of WW1 reparations.

On 30 Jun 1921 she was transferred to the French Government and laid up prior to her being scrapped in 1925.
