Notes

WW1 Records are combined with his WW2 records - service No W237501 need to request from Archives Staff. Appears to have been living in Boulder when he enlisted for service during WW2. Served from 18 Mar 1940 until 28 Jun 1946 as a Lieutenant in the militia with Reg No W237501. At time of discharge was posed to the Staging Camp Kalgoorlie. His Honour and Awards recommendation shows that as a RAAF Warrant Officer he was awarded a Member of the British Empire (Civil Section) on the recommendation of the Governor-General in Apr 1941.
