May Buckingham (nee Stinton) was born 10 June 1890 in Queensland. Her father was Harry Howard Stinton and her mother was Annie Maria Stinton (nee Webb).
Marriage
May married Lawrence Tasman Buckingham in 1924 at Canning, Western Australia. May and Lawrence had two children: Hilda May (born 1925) and Edna (born 1931).
Electoral Rolls
According to the electoral roll in 1931 and 1937 May lived at Karragullen. The reserve called "Stinton Cascades Nature Reserve" is named for her family. In 1954 and 1963 May lived at River Avenue, Maddington.
Death
May died at the age of 76 years on 2 April 1967.
