Remarks

Built for the Hamburg America Line and although it was laid dwn as Wettin named Fuerst Bismark. Renamed in 1914 as Friedrichsruhe, and surrendered initially to the UK during 1919 (The Shipping Controller - Orient S.N. Co. Ltd) to assist with repatriation of troops, and then later transferred to France in 1921 as a reparation. From 1921 managed by Soc. des Services Contractuels des Messageries Maritime, Marseille with a new name SS Amboise, before being scrapped in Genoa, Italy in 1935.
